Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 15, 2026

123Yotta LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the iStage application for iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information iStage collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Local data (stored on your device only):

This data is stored locally on your iPad and is not transmitted to any server unless you choose to use the optional Cloud Backup feature.

Cloud Backup account (optional):

Cloud Backup is entirely optional. The app is fully functional without creating an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage and Security

Cloud Backup data is stored on secure servers operated by 123Yotta LLC. Your password is stored as a cryptographic hash and cannot be read by us. Data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).

Your backup data is isolated per account — no other user can access your songs, images, or settings.

4. Third-Party Services

iStage does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with third parties.

5. MIDI and Hardware

iStage communicates with MIDI devices connected to your iPad (via USB or Bluetooth) to send Program Change messages. This communication is entirely local between your iPad and the connected device. No MIDI data is transmitted to any server.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

7. Children's Privacy

iStage is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
